Since our humble beginnings, we’ve dedicated ourselves to providing exceptional channel management services for vacation rental owners.

This is the where it all started. 121Holidays was tasked with fully managing 4 luxury beach cottages in Carmarthenshire South Wales.
In the 1st year of bookings management we increased bookings by 24% and in the 2nd year by 32%. The owner then wanted to sell his properties and 121Holidays introduced him to 2 sellers who bought all 4 cottages.
During the 24 months of full management, we provided full cleaning, laundry and property maintenance services including emergency call outs, hot tub management and provided concierge and additional revenue services for the owner.
2020 > The Journey
After realising that our core strength lie in full cross-channel management we decided to offer our services internationally.
Since then we have helped Villa and apartment owners across the UK and in Greece, Italy, Corfu, France, Barbados and Florida achieve higher profits from more bookings with higher revenue per booking.
in late 2021 we also expanded operations to help Luxury Resorts, Hotels, Guesthouses and Villas in the Maldives and Thailand.
Our in depth knowledge of the international markets, individual channel algorithms and infrastructure allow us to use our unique strategies across any property type to increase bookings and revenues for owners worldwide.
