Once your listings are live, 121Holidays handles all guest inquiries and booking management, saving you the time and effort of constant communication. They also manage deposit and payment processing, ensuring you receive your money through direct and weekly payouts. To keep you informed, you’ll receive monthly analysis reports, allowing you to track your property’s performance without getting bogged down in the daily operational details.

All our plans come with a 14-day free trial. Thereafter you choose the best plan to suit you. 

We offer monthly membership plans so you know what you will pay each month, or a success fee model based only on the bookings we make for you. 

The choice is yours, and with our free onboarding and unique pricing strategies, you will make a lot more money with us than without. 

We hate tying you down in length, boring, one-sided contracts, so all we ask is that you sign up to our Owner Terms & Conditions. 

If you wanted to leave at anytime, we would only ask for 30 days notice to give us the time to offboard you professionally and ensure all bookings and guests are managed.
